Glucose level 104
My random glucose level came out 104 in afternoon. But I had not eaten anything in the morning except sugar tea. Can tea increase glucose level to 104?

With this kind of doubt you should get blood sugar fasting and postprandial done.  You should also get HbA1c level done.

Glucose levels in the blood doesn't mean that only the dietary glucose that is taken in Glucose can be produced by the body on its own during fasting through process called Gluconeogenesis.
