My glans is too sensitive to touch, it has remained under my foreskin since I am not able to retract foreskin beyond glans base from start. Also the base lining of glans are much more sensitive then the head of glans what to do.. Cause this can cause problem during intercourse.

It happens due to lack of foreskin retraction. If ur foreskin is tight and not easily retractable then visit a urologist and get urself treated for same.
