Getting Cold Frequently
Am getting cold frequently even though taking precautions. I work for night shifts. My nose getting block one side. I don't have anyother symptoms like fever or something.

Few people who work in night shifts have such complaint. Mostly because of Air conditioner.
Next Steps
better not to sit in front of the AC,  u can turn down the AC in between the work. if that is not possible then atleast ask to them not to keep low temperature. you can try different decongestant for nose blockage. also steam inhalation will help you
