It shows loss of lumbar lordosis which can be due to muscle spasm. Take muscle relaxants and analgesics. Hot fomentation. Back extension exercises.

Loss of lordosis is due to para spinal Muscle spasm Take Muscle relaxants Avoid massaging and forward bending and lifting weights Physiotherapy back IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY
