If the gestational sac is in the uterus it is not an ectopic pregnancy Heartbeat appears at 7 weeks As per the lmp you are more than 8 weeks pregnant heart beat should have appeared by now If after 7 weeks there is no heartbeat this is Missed abortion You need to proceed with termination of pregnancyyou need to proceed with termination of pregnancy

Hello... As your gestation sac is inside the uterus you need not worry about ectopic ..and scan done which shows a tiny gestation sac ( in pregnancy first the gestation sac forms where the baby will grow second after a week of gestation sac formation yolk sac will be seen from which the baby will get the food then third after a week we can see baby heart beat ) so now only gestational sac is seen .so it is ideal to wait atleast 10 days for a repeat scan.
Next Steps
wait for 10-14 days to get a repeat scan
Health Tips
don't worry about ectopic ... as the pregnancy is inside the uterus
