I am 7 month pregnant my fasting blood and urine sugar report shows high sugar,is walk and physical exercises can reduce my glucose level or i need to take any medicine too ...

It depends on the level of sugar in your blood reports as well as your sonography reports. Borderline high sugar levels may not need any medicines. Only physical exercise and dietary changes will control the sugar.
