Gestational diabetes
Hi
I am 24 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I have been taking glyco SR and checking my blood sugars twice a week 4 times a day. My FBS comes below 95 and after meals it comes within 120. But sometime like once or twice it has come till 130 after dinner. I want to know when exactly should I take tests and what is the manageable range to avoid being anxious. As I start panicking even if one of my test comes slightly out of range.

Ur blood sugar is in normal range. Check fasting, post breakfast
