GERD and mild antral gastritis

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi doc, I am suffering from GERD since 2 years now...since the last 2 years, the symptoms are like going and coming...and I am getting tired of that since nowadays it's been 3 days I have permanent pain in my stomach that even goes in my back just a little bit up to my right kidney. And I feel pain touching it even...I have difficulty sleeping because of that. Please help 🙏🏾
