GERD and piles

I want ayurvedic treatment for gerd and piles. I take panteperazol for gerd every alternate day. I feel irritation in upper sphinctor regularly.

Your both problems related to each other specially with acidity (pitta). Start cow ghee 20 ml daily on empty stomach with warm milk or water 2 times a day 7 day. Piles need to be examined for it's grades. Use pilex ointment regularly . Give feedback after 7 days.

Hello User, Basically GERD occurs when Valve betn oseophagus and stomach becomes week . Symptoms of it mostly resembles with Urdhwaga amlapitta mentioned in ayurveda..Mainly pitta dosha is pushed upward by vitiated kapha dosha. So in these cases Avoid processed , fermented food. Tea, coffee , curd, carbonated drinks. Take small meals at regular intervals. Ayurvedic pitta - kapha shamak medicines such as Dhaniya , Saunf , Amla , Tulsi , mulethi , Shankh bhasma, praval pishti , kamdudha rasa mostly used

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..Consult surgeon for hemorrhoids.
