Hi there! Let's go one by one.. For chronic ulcers, piles avoid deep fried, spicy food, nonveg like chicken, too much sugary food. Include more liquids like buttermilk, cold thin milk. Eye strain can be due to working fr long time on computers. You can place  cucumber slice on your eyes. Suggest you to start lifestyle modification with a help of health expert for solution.

Hey ! As a dietitian my suggestions for you is For chronic ulcer , hernia and piles 1) take a bland diet ( less in spices, fiber, not too hot foods( capsicum, coffee etc) and too cold foods( ice creams) because it irritates your ulcers For thyroid: avoid coffe, junk foods, pickles , papads, cauliflower, cabbage, potato etc .
