General weakness and low hb
I feel generally weak and my hb is always around 9.my complexion also seems to be pale yellowish prescribe any supplements to increase my hb.

We have to get investigation s for cause if anemia.Get Iron profile.Haemoglobin electro phoresis.stool for occult blood.LFT. Do you have excessive bleeding during mences?

U can take symptomatic treaement for low hv like tab iron and folic acid..but try to find out the cause.
Do a peripheral smear
Get ur vit B12 checked
N u say u look pale yellow look for renal parameters as well since erythropoietin is secreted by kidneys

Since ur hb is 9..so u r having a moderate anemia..!
U cn hav iron tablets 100 mg once a day wid lime water... If u r having any kind of nausea or vomiting wid d medicine u cn further consult to us..!

u cn modify ur dietary supplements by adding jaggery(gud) green leafy vegetables(spinach)
try to avoid tea coffee after ur meal
