Hello mam!
From your xray, you hav your right lower 3rd molar- wisdom tooth horizontally placed which is called as horizontal impaction. It need to be removed. If it s not removed, it can lead to pericoronitis (inflammation of gums partially covering the tooth), food lodgement as well as cavities in adjacent molar, pressure pain in adjacent molars, pain radiating to the ear and head.

Hello,
From your OPG, which is not exactly clear, it is obvious that the right lower wisdom tooth is impacted( no space to come out and in odd position). I am sure your dentist must have mentioned this to you. It is a good idea to get it removed.

Some gum recession is seen. Follow your dentist’s advice. Get scaling and polishing done regularly. Impacted wisdom tooth should be extracted
