Most of the time I feel sharp but low whistle like sound and heartbeat in my ears. What is the reason, how can I get rid of this and please tell me if it is dangerous.

You should consult a Cardiologist in your area.  If he confirms that there is an abnormal sound in your heart he will do a 2D Echo and suggest further management.
