No major dangerous interaction between these two medicines. However both can cause dizziness and drowsiness so together the sedation may be slightly stronger. They can generally be taken together safely but be careful while driving or doing tasks needing alertness.

No major interaction between Trental (pentoxifylline) and pregabalin, but both can cause dizziness so effects may add up together. Take as prescribed and avoid driving if you feel drowsy. Book a private consult so I can review your full medication list and dosing.
