  4. How to stop tablet. Shall i stop my own?

How to stop tablet
Dear sir / Madam, I had loss of cervical lordosis due to muscle spasm. I had been to physiotherapy treatment. Taking pregadoc NT tablet. Now if I don't take a tablet at single night I won't get sleep. I am not understanding how to stop that tablet. Do I visit to my doctor or shall I stop my own? Please suggest me.
