Hello I am experiencing pain' in the neck region along with shoulder and collar bone from past 4 days also the pain radiates in right hand as I a feel pain while moving hand up and down also pain while moving neck right left and up and down. The pain started while i was asleep and in bad posture and in between the neck started paining and I am unable to sleep as it starts paining by small movement in neck region. As i am allergic to nsaids medicine exception of etoricoxib and piroxicam. Kindly suggest any medicines for pain relief and please reply as soon as possible .

You can try hot fomentation Physiotherapy swd and tens Nucoxia mr Avoid using pillow at night Use soft cervical collar

This treatment is being suggested   on bases of the information provided.  However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --.  Piroxicam 20 mg OD X 5 days --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Hello good evening. Based on your symptoms you are experiencing cervical IVDP with muscle spasm. 1)Is the pain associated with tingling and numbness in any of your hands? 2)Weakness in your hand? 3) back pain?

1)Take rest for 15days 2) tab myoril 8mg 1-0-1 3) tab Axogurd NT 0-0-1 —both medication for 10days (this medication might cause dizziness and light headedness) 4) local application of analgesic ointment and hot water fomentation 5) avoid lifting weight and forward bending, 2wheeler travel 6) book an appointment
