Dear User, You can consume water after every one hour. Just don't have it after your major meals i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner. Also you can notice the colour of your urine if it's crystal clear it means your water intake is normal. But if it's having even a slightest of Yellow tinge it means their is some issue with your kidney or your water intake is low.
