Wanted to take a general dental check. Shud we go for teeth cleaning or something else? what would U suggest doctor.

Hello. It's good to know that people are concerned for their dental hygiene.. it's good to get your dental check up done and yeah it's better if you get your teeth cleaned after every 6 months  to maintain a good oral hygiene .

Hi.great to know that you are interested in general dental check up..It's mandatory to get it done every 6 months. This habit will help you keep good oral hygiene.Dentist will advise you cleaning of teeth ,and if required further dental treatment.Do learn flossing and practice it.

A routine General check-up should be taken at least twice a year even if there is no problem for a normal individual. But if there's a problem like stains, calculus or yellowish brown discolouration then definitely you should get cleaning done which in our language is k/as SCALING & POLISHING.
