Gastritis sometimes make you annoying and aadhivasi( stone age people)
You should totally change your lifestyle to traditional way
Gastritis can be aggravated by a lot of things. If you are stressed out or anxious, or not sleeping well, or eating a lot of spicy or oily food, or if there is not enough gap between your last meal and dinner - all these could aggravate gastritis.
You actually need a detailed evaluation and also probably you might need a repeat endoscopy.
Next Steps
At the moment you can continue your PPIs early morning on an empty stomach. Along with the PPIs take Syrup Gaviscon 1 tablespoonful after every meal. You can also try the following:
1. Avoid spicy and oily foods, specially at night
2. Keep a gap of atleast 2 hours between your dinner and bedtime. Try having an early dinner and keep it light.
3. If you have aerated drinks or alcohol, avoid it.
4. Drink sufficient amount of water.
5. Avoid outside food. Include more fruits, vegetables, coconut water, buttermilk, dahi etc in your diet.
6. If you are fond of chocolates have them more during the day. Avoid at night.
7. Ensure that you get atleast 7 to 8 hours of proper sleep.
8. Avoid staying empty stomach for very long periods (more than 8 to 10 hours)
