Gastritis, h pylori , insomnia
Hysterectomy done , 3 months back ,she had frequent bloating and burping and insomnia for 1 week consulted a psychiatrist , medicine : etasol. 25 , fluoxecare, trypsid ongoing from 10 days Earlier this week burping was extreme consulted gastrologist ongoing medicine from 5 days : esogress 40, itorihenz 150,enzispor, pyloflush had done endoscopy and diagnosed with gastritis and h pylori + , she's insomniac for 2 days again and still burping with acidity , how long do antibiotics take to work and she even had night sweats and tingling sensation in the body , what can be this due to? Also ovaries were not removed during hysterectomy , will she experience menopausal symptoms? Even antidepressants are not working she's not able to sleep , any tests that I can be done to understand the cause?

Looks like the gastritis and insomnia have become a full cycle.once her gastritis is controlled,she may sleep better.also when she sleeps better gastritis will reduce. The medicines usually take a few weeks to work.however,she has not been prescribed antibiotics here.

few tips meanwhile 1.frequent small meals,light soft,easy to digest diet 2.last meal 3 hours before going to bed 3.give at least one hour after lunch before lying down. 4.maintain physical activity for better digestion.
