Gastritis and hinguvachadi gulika
Doctor gave me hinguvachadi gulika for gastritis it works well for me. I'm taking one in morning and one in night after food I'm taking it from 4 months is it k does it have any side effects if I didn't take my stomach bloats and hurts .I follow healthy diet still I have gastritis .I read if taken in long term it increases blood pressure
