Gastric problems
My mother constantly keeps burping , feels like vomiting but doesn't , feels bloated, and has bitter taste in mouth , feels full quickly after eating and feels fast heartbeat after eating , feels fullness in upper abdomen , feels hungry but doesn't eat much , this is ongoing more than 20 days and acidity issue's she has from a long time , she has a vaginal hysterectomy done 3 months back , her blood reports are normal with hb 11.2 a week back she had vomiting and diarrhea due to contaminated water , she couldn't sleep for 4-5 days due to excessive thoughts I consulted a psychiatrist she gave medicine and she's Taki it from 3 days 1 day she slept well from.2 days didn't sleep much , her gastric problems are not going away like bloating and she keeps on burping alot today consulted a gastrologist he diagnosed GERD with gastritis and suggested to get an endoscopy done , I asked what could be the reason for these symptoms he said more likely heital hernia , should I get it done?
