Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

To keep digestive problems at a distance... CHEW WELL- every food n drink that goes down your food pipe. This ensures proper mixing of saliva & thus effective digestion. When we watch TV/read/ are tensed or anxious we tend to gulp down the food unchewed! AVOID cold/chilled/refrigerated food. AVOID Refined flour(maida) preparations totally, high sugar content disturbs digestion, increased tea/coffee consumption disturbs digestion equations. TAKE JALJEERA daily 30 minutes before main meals in 150 ml mild warm water sip by sip It should be home-made. ginger juice + nimbu( lemon) juice+ fresh mint leaves+ rock salt+ black salt+jeera(cumin) powder+ ajwain (thymol)seeds powder TAKE definitive help of specific yogasaan & hand mudra(posture) after meals. If the problem persist see a homoeopath to assist you to settle this chronic issue.☺
