When I am eat evening snacks after that I am rest for one hour and gas generating in my stomach I can't remove it immediately please tell . How I can remove that gas . And please also tell me my diet plan . Because my weight is 52 ,so I can put on my weight.

,exercise, water and sleeping pattern.
Eat low fat low carb, high protein, high fibre diet devided inyo 3 main and 3 small meals.
Do you have gastric trouble for all tge day or only in evening please tell,and also share your present eating pattern to assess your problem and guide you accordingly
