Gas formation
My father is having a issue stomach discomforts .gas formation and feeling suffocated.he is not taking food for last three days and also we have observe few days before having mild fever 100°ft.please suggest us on priority.

From the information provided it looks like your father is having intestinal obstruction or constipation ( common in elderly patients).
Is your father a diabetic? Or a hypertensive( high BP) ....sometimes the drugs used for treating hypertension can cause intestinal obstruction as a side-effect. This is a serious condition which needs urgent intervention.
Next Steps
get an Erect X-ray Abdomen with pelvis
monitor the Spo2 and Pulse rate using the pulseoximeter
don't try to feed him till the diagnosis is reached.
