Occuring gas after food, takes pain at left side uper to naval. Digest not properly, occure constipation from 3 to 4 days .

CONSTIPATION is the most likely cause. Gastritis is another possibility. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. High fibre diet. Plenty of fluids. SALADS green vegetables fruits.
