Gas and burping for 2 years
Taking nexpro 20 two times daily but no improvement. All blood tests and liver tests are fine except vitamin b12 170 and vitamin d 15. Sonography showed grade 2 fatty liver. Is there any treatment available. Is vitamin deficiency is the cause for my problem.

Based on the information you have provided, it is possible that your symptoms could be related to your vitamin deficiencies, particularly vitamin B12 and vitamin D. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause a range of symptoms, including fatigue, weakness, and tingling or numbness in the hands and feet. Vitamin D deficiency can cause muscle weakness, bone pain, and fatigue. In addition, your sonography report indicates that you have grade 2 fatty liver, which can also contribute to your symptoms. Fatty liver disease is a condition in which excess fat accumulates in the liver, and it can be caused by a variety of factors, including obesity, high cholesterol, and diabetes. I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with me to discuss your symptoms and treatment options in more detail. Treatment for fatty liver disease typically involves lifestyle changes such as weight loss, exercise, and dietary modifications. In addition, vitamin supplementation may be recommended to address your deficiencies. It's important to address any medical issues as soon as possible to ensure the best possible outcome. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
