Burping excessive,gas filling in body
Nearly 1.5 year ago my mother had excessive burping loud after vomiting , I took to local Dr but no changes then took to gastro after endoscopy Dr said antaral gastritis with haitial and h pylori positive , he gave treatment for mostly 1.5 months and after that symptoms of burping and nausea and feeling full went away then discontinued ,after a year this year in January I think we had contaminated tap water after which she vomited again and started burping again and with so much loud noice and excessive gas filling all.over the body , took her toh gastro after 2-3 month's and endoscopy done again Dr stated h pylori is still there and hyperactivity , he gave tablet listed in the image 1 week since taking medicine but no changes in symptoms and experiencing vomiting , nausea , breathlessness , burning sensation in hands and legs , sweating and uneasiness , I'm not sure why there is no improvement in symptoms and is there anything to worry , kindly help
