What is the benefits of garlic can i take it daily and if it cause bloating and flatulence then what to do . For those who want to know i want to take it for varicose veins .

Gud afternoon pls share in detail which other health issues if u have along with varicose vein issue,your lifestyle routine including food habits of daily.yes u can have garlic but in required amount not excess intake of it.in a whole day u can have only 3cloves of it.try to drink atleast 3ltrs of water including other liquid food items to control gas issues.
