Garlic consumption
Is garlic effective in varicose veins . I have started taking it from 2-3 days and I feel relaxed after taking it . I would like to know how many garlic can i take in a day does it have any side effects and how to take it , And one thing I feel is that when i take 2 clove in the afternoon i feel like going to the washroom for poop is it because of garlic.
