Hello, Hope you are staying safe during pandemic. Yes having 2-3 clove of garlic per day is absolutely safe. You can consume it without any doubt. If we talk about side effects then there is nothing like that. If you are taking it early morning empty stomach and feel uneasiness, stomach pain or burning sensation then avoid it empty stomach. You can include it somewhere around mid morning or around evening time and you can also have cooked form of garlic or in the form of pickle. Raw garlic or any form of garlic is healthy as it is good source of pre-biotics. Apart from that it has lot of other health benefits

It is good to eat that but not without knowing much about its benefits and what have you been going through where you will notice the side effects if you won’t take properly in proper quantities with something to add on it
