2 months back i wa diagnosed with Varicose Vein on left calf , in initial stage . Dr. Only suggested to wear class 1 stocking and loose weight.
I am 76 kg , height 4'8".

there are multiple ways to on it internet, multiple diets which cant be followed in long run. Whenever i start diet even eating healthy and full, i still feel hungry and hence i give up after 1 month .

3 - diet is not easy in any condition.

I advise home based well balanced diet. Include healthy fats,Have lots of salad,oats and jowar atta. .Have about 2-3 litres of water intake. Sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger. Use fruits for sweetening. Keep healthy snacks like peanuts and roasted chana. Do light exercises like yoga n stretching. Avoid eating late night or outside.
