Gap between Teeth
I have gaps between the teeth and its very uneven. Long time back I consulted dentist and got the response that I have Tongue Thrust problem. Now a days I am feeling stammer problem also (may be related to this). Kindly provide me the solutions to reduce the space between teeth? to cure tongue thrust? Is stammering is because of this issue also? Kindly provide me all the possible solutions according to my age (31 years).

Hi, Tongue Thrust problem can lead to spacing (gaps ) between teeth. For closing the gaps, braces are most natural way of correcting it. there are other options also, which can be decided only after clinical evaluation. regarding stammering.. its not directly related to your gaps.. but lack of confidence can lead to it. Its better to consult some speech therapist also who can help you for both the conditions i.e tongue thrusting and stammering. There are some exercises also to control tongue thrusting which you can discuss with your dentist.

Hi..based on your case, braces are the best solution. Closing the gaps helps in proper pronunciation of words and makes smile beautiful as well. Regards

Gaps between  teeth - can be cured by Orthodontic (braces) treatment  so can your tongue thrusting habit.  probably the spaces are cos of tongue thrust only. about stammering it could be that the spaces & tongue thrust has had an impact on your self confidence & hence the stammering. Once you get your teeth aligned hopefully your stammering too would stop. Hope this helps

In my opinion braces is the answer of ur problem.... A fixed retainer can be placed on no inner side of ur teeth so that relapse will not take place Again for tongue thrust many things can be done by ur dentist like palatal button exercise... And others... Hope u will be happy after treatment

Get check up done, so that exact reason will find and do right treatment. There are many options for spacing like braces / laminates/crowns.
