Gap between period is less than 20 days
I have been getting periods after every 17-21 days from last 6 months have seen a homeopath he asked me to have usg pelvis here's what the report say, also I am anemic with hb 9.9 , tsh is normal, and also have low wbc count .

U need histopathological examination of uterine wall i.e endometrium. This test is called endometrial biopsy. U also require pap smear test for cervical examination.

Its in total hormonal changes but as scan shows adenomyosis and end hyperplasia u need endometrial sampling and two treatment options 1 ) mirena iucd 2) surgery - removal of uterus ( if not planning for pregnancy) surgery is permanent treatment as temporary u can use medication also
