Hi my doc has given me 20 days course of crina ncr to get my periods cycle back on track.. I started bleeding 3rd after stopping medicine and its heavy flow.. will the periods be heavy as it's my first periods after my delivery.. is it normal to have heavy flow

How many pads? How many days?..If this pattern repeats in coming cycles
Then get evaluated .
For now just observe take tranexa mf. To control the bleeding.

There is no such thing as getting heavy flow after delivery but it's not abnormal also... Sometimes this happens. But if it happens again and again with every passing cycle some basic investigations might be needed. Since this has happened for the 1st time , we can wait to see subsequent cycles.
Some times it happens as your body adjusts to the hormonal changes after delivery.
Need information on flow, no of pads, and how many months of amenorrhea preceding that,if repeats or still persists , I would advice you to set a video consultation and can guide you accordingly.
