Ganglion cyst pain
Paining a lot at wrist and thumb.
Can't do work. Can't hold any thing ....

Aspiration can cause it to again come back best is to excise it. Very simple procedure

Usually if ganglion cyst isn't giving a problem it should b left as it is.
But as yours is painful,I suggest go for a surgical excision
But remember they have a chance of growing back again
