I have been diagnosed with gallstones from past two months with calculus of 21mm and taking homeopathy treatment since then.
What I am concerned about it is it's impact on other adjacent organs. I sometimes feel little pain of the left upper quadrant of abdomen just below the ribs.
Along with this I feel iching sensation in the upper abdomen both right and left side.
Is this iching and pain on left side concerning? How can I know it has not impacted any other organs?

Gall stone occurs on the right side and cannot be connected to the pain on the left side as a general rule.
But still we might be speculating.
The right way to clear your doubt is to go through an investigation.
Discuss with your doctor.
Since you are taking his medicines

This is referred pain of gallstone , need not to worry about the pain in left side. At times the pain goes to the right shoulder also. Gallstone doesn't have a path usually to come out of gall bladder but when there are small stones it can obstruct the pancreas. And then it leads to intense pain. But untill need not to worry.
Itching and pain are both common symptoms of gall bladder calculi and are not worrisome. If the abdominal pain becomes too intense then it must be a cause of concern. Just continue with your meds and get your scans repeated as advised.
