Hello.. if the GB stones are not causing any problems then let them be there but keep watching .. complications to be watched for.. cholesystitis, pancreatitis etc. she has to reduce her fat intake and increase her protein intake.
But if the GB Stones are creating problems eg indigestion issues or pain etc then she need to be investigated and based on results then only can be decided whether surgery is needed or not
