The gold standard for treatment of gall bladder stones is laparoscopic cholecystectomy which is one time treatment. It is simple straightforward surgery. Takes approx 45min to 1hr in good hands. The hospital stay is hardly 1-2 days and the recovery time is also approx 8-20days. The surgery will take care of the stones as well finding of adenomyomatosis which has been shown in your sonography
Next Steps
avoid oily and spicy food please consult a laparoscopic surgeon
