Gaining weight to fast
I am gaining weight very fast without any reason please help me,I have gain almost 10 kg in last 10 kg.please help.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Take small and frequent meals.Try to be physically more active e.g. use stairs instead escalators as much as u can do. Take Proper sleep and the most important thing is to avoid eating at odd timings and increase water intake
