Gaining weight
Hi I am taking diane 35 since last 1year, i gain more than 7-8kg. Now i joined gym but i doubt whether it will work on me or not , as i am still taking the pills. Please tell me if i continue taking diane 35 and side by side if i do gym can i loose weight? question 2: I just started this month quota, i had 3 pills till now. so can i stop now?

Since when you are taking medicine and for what purpose PCOD or other reason please share. Start doing physical activity of your choice for at least 1 hr daily. Eat low fat low carb, high protein diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals Keep proper hydration level Sleep at least for 6 hrs Make yourself stress free Avoid junk food and high calorie food
