Gaining weight consistently
I the last 6 months I can notice I am gaining weight tremendously.with tests , thyroid was detected and deficiency of vitamin D. On medication for thyroid.but nothing seems to improve.still gaining weight. What can be the reason. What should I do?

Many reasons may be of wt increasing. Follow strictly three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Take vitamin d food like soy milk, almond milk etc.
