I'm 24 years old. My weight is 42kgs and my height is 5ft. My body type isn't skinny but since 5,6 years my body has become like that.
I want to gain some weight and muscles too.
Will it be possible to gain 5kgs in 6weeks?
Please tell me how to put on some weight.
