Gain weight in few weeks
I'm 24 years old. My weight is 42kgs and my height is 5ft. My body type isn't skinny but since 5,6 years my body has become like that. I want to gain some weight and muscles too. Will it be possible to gain 5kgs in 6weeks? Please tell me how to put on some weight.
