Don't go for supplements. Go for natural ways to gain weight
Drink 2 glasses of milk or shakes or smoothies or lassi everyday.
Have 2 bananas daily
Have various dry fruits and nuts daily
Increase your protein consumption
If you eat non veg then eat it more often. Or else have more dals, beans, chickpeas etc.
Have plenty of good fats
Eat frequently
