However when you are working out you are constantly tearing your muscles and that is the reason why your muscles get inflamed and you looked pumped for a little time while working out. You need to consolidate your workout with good protein sources on a regular basis. As of right now I won’t be too worried about your food but your habits. Don’t take food groups like alcohol and saturated fats. Take good fats and good proteins. Sleep at least 7 hours a day. Workout like a lion.
