Fungal infection in the groin can be due to multiple reasons like 1)skin fitting clothes 2)excessive perspiration Would recommend you to wear right fit clothes and apply candidates powder thrice a day for reducing the redness and itching A detailed skin analysis and investigation will be required for prescribing medication. You can do an online consult or visit the clinic .
