What measure should I take to get best sleep at night naturally without any anxiety? Also tell me that I take 4-5cups of tea daily is it ok or shall I reduce it. Some past memories always haunted me at night how can I overcome all these thoughts? I don't want but it comes automatically and when I wake up I feel that my mind needs more rest than body.

Hi, first and foremost if you have anxiety stop taking stimulants and strictly no tea after 5 PM. you have stress because of which negative thoughts come and give anxiety. you need to learn to deal with these negative thoughts and past memories which will require session as we need to know what are the thoughts about? Practice deep breathing before sleeping as well. consult with me or any psychologist for therapy & counseling. all the best

Hello! A good nights sleep is something one has to work upon. Physical, psychological and social issues can be potential causes of persistent poor sleep at night which in turn can affect these very domains leading to a vicious cycle. Simple but continuous lifestyle modifications, addressing of physical ailments of any and finally professionally prescribed medicines are the usual management options. And yes tea/coffee or any food or  stimulant beverage is not advisable just before going to bed.
