I am not able to sleep at night...every night i am sleeping nearly 3 a.m ...
I am a psychiatrist patient from 5 years...
Thoughts keep rendering in my mind...
I try to sleep but i loose...
Is it due to sleeping at day time?

Daytime sleeping will definitely effect the quality of your night sleep.
Avoid caffeine and watching tv or mobile during night.
