Fugal infection on all over lower body
There is fungal infection on my lower body since three years I don't know how to treat it ihave tried everything please give suggestions and please tell me what exactly is this

You may be suffering from fungal infection of the inner thighs groin and buttocks area which we call tinea cruris. this is commonly referred as jock itch. It is easily treatable by taking 4 to 6 weeks of treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Hello dear. Indeed it looks like you have tried creams such as fourderm, lobate-gm, zaalim lotion etc.. So much that this doesn't look like a typical fungal infection anymore.
