Frozen shoulder versus cervical
My mother has significant pain in both shoulders, esp while rotating them. The doctor we consulted said to go for a test to check if it is frozen shoulder or cervical. Which test should I get done to find out of it is frozen shoulder or not

Please check with nearby physio center and get treated appropriately. Simple ligament strain or muscle strain will also tend to be same pain and stiffness. There are few exercises which has to be continued life long that is very important to prevent the recurrannce.

In the frozen shoulder: problem with shoulder motion with the pain or also the cervical problem can be the cause of shoulder pain Before any test, I suggest that you consult a physiotherapist, with physical evaluation, we can detect the real cause of the pain.
Health Tips
keep heating pack/ water bag over the affected area for 10min. 3times per day. avoid weight lifting.
